Its only attacking move is Beat Up, which is pitifully weak. Fezandipiti is hiding in a cave accessed via the Chilling Waterhead – probably the trickiest location of any of the Loyal Three. Instead, you’ll have to beat the rest of the campaign and come back afterward. You can’t catch them in this encounter, though. To get you started on how to catch Fezandipiti in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, as you make your way through The Teal Mask’s main story, you’ll eventually do battle with each of the Loyal Three as Titan Pokemon.
